I’ve created a simple and short quiz so you can discover what type of procrastinator you are. Click here to find your procrastination personality!

Here are some ways to stick to your task:

#1 Make a Schedule

While a schedule is a great way to help you keep track of tasks, it can also help you build a habit.

Sticking to it is vital to help you make that activity a part of your day, so you can ensure progress.

#2 Reduce the Scope

Sometimes days get crazy and you don’t have enough time for your scheduled activity.

Instead of eliminating it from your day, just minimize it.

Even though there might not be enough time for it to really impact your day, the impact of staying on schedule is huge as it is how little goals become lifetime habits.
