If you want to get more done, if you want to accomplish more in your life, the only way is by figuring out how to do a better job at managing the 24 hours a day you have.
Every night, right before bed, take 5 minutes to answer three questions:
#1 “What did I do well today?
It gives you positive things in your life to see before you go to sleep and builds a momentum of accomplishment, giving you confidence.
#2 “What did I screw up today?
You begin to learn your areas of weakness better and forces you to own your failures.
You will begin to see the patterns in your own behavior that prevent you from accomplishing the things that are important to you.
#3 “What are the top 3 things I want to do tomorrow?
It decreases your stress and helps you prioritize your list of tasks.
Make sure you write your answers down as it will help you remember as well as establish a record that you can go back and examine.
