Generally, in the course of a day, there is something you have to do that you are not doing because you are procrastinating.
While you‘re procrastinating, just do lots of other stuff instead.
Your to-do is ordered by important, with the most urgent and important on top.
But there are also worthwhile tasks to perform lower down on the list.
Doing these tasks becomes a way of not doing the things higher up on the list.
For example, I hate making phone calls.
Hate it.
I love sending emails and enjoy seeing people face-to-face (sometimes). But I hate making phone calls.
I can get so much done while I am avoiding making a phone call that I need to make, I can barely believe it.
