In this list, you track things others are working on that relate to you. It tracks the actions or items that you’re waiting for.
That can be a package to be delivered or a report to be turned in or even a meeting agenda item. These are items that you need to keep an eye on but aren’t the one responsible for completing.
With the "Waiting List", you can review the progress on these items at the end of the week so they never leave your radar ;)
