Capture the best ideas from everything you’re consuming. Here’s how to build a Zettelkasten using Roam.

In this day and age, it’s just as important to have a Stop Doing List as a To-Do List.

Here are 3 tips on how to create this list:

  1. It’s All About Streamlining In the Age of Distraction, we’re constantly navigating the flow of information, so what you don’t do becomes just as important as what you do do. This is why having a list of things to stop doing is vital. If you know what they are, it’s that much easier to prevent yourself from doing them

  2. Get Specific For Your To-Don‘t List You want to get as detailed as possible so you can sift out all the small stuff that drags your productivity down

  3. Look at the Big Picture For Your To-Do List Now that you’ve limited your distractions and know what you want to accomplish, it’s easy to break out the small tasks that will have the most impact on your life and your progress
