“How do they do it?”
This was the question that led me down the rabbit hole of research.
I wanted to become an effective manager. To take control of my time. To focus on the right things.
I devoured books. Watched hour-long talks. Took notes.
Every time there was a novel idea for me, I’d give it a try.
One by one, I started testing them. Little experiments, like the Power Hour.
Most didn’t work. Some did. I doubled down on the winners.
I didn’t know this at the time, but I was writing my own playbook on how to be an effective manager.
Piece by piece. I kept what worked and discarded everything else.
A playbook that works in the modern office setting, not something outdated.
In the end, it became a new framework.
Over the last 10 years, I’ve perfected this framework.
And finally, I’ve put everything in one place.
I call it The Effective Manager Operating System (or OS, for short).
It’s a 5-day intensive boot camp designed for the modern effective manager.
Next Monday, I’ll open enrollment for this program.
There will only be 30 seats available.
I want to work closely with motivated people that will follow the program and implement the framework.
That’s all that matters to me:
Making YOU an effective manager.
Have a great weekend and see you Monday ;)
