Standardizing the first 30-120 minutes of a day with a morning routine will let you arrive at the peak level in the best possible mindset.

The first step is to make a list of all the areas you want to move forward and list one “small win” you could do in each.

Here are some options for areas and actions you could start with:

#1 Diet

  • Drink a glass of water and make coffee

  • Eat a Healthy Breakfast

#2 Intellectual

  • Read a book for 10 minutes

  • Read an article

  • Write down 10 ideas

  • Listen to a Book or Podcast

#3 Fitness/Stretching

  • Do 4 Minutes of a Stretching Routine

  • 7 Minute Morning Yoga for Flexibility

  • The 7 Minute Workout

#4 Meditation/Mindfulness

  • If you are getting started, use guided meditation: Headspace or Insight Timer

#5 Review

  • Create and Review a 25-Year Vision

  • Script out and Review Your Ideal Day

  • Determine and Review Your Operating Principles

#6 Journal and Plan

  • Gratitude: I am grateful for…

  • Prioritize: “The one thing I could do today to make everything else this week easier or unnecessary is…”

  • Affirmations: I believe…
