The Best Morning Routine (Backed by Science)
What do you do during the early morning to get ready for when you’re at your peak level?
Standardizing the first 30-120 minutes of a day with a morning routine will let you arrive at the peak level in the best possible mindset.
The first step is to make a list of all the areas you want to move forward and list one “small win” you could do in each.
