Copy my productivity system for Getting Things Done. Decades of research in a
timeless repeatable system.

Crunch is not productive — it is an emergency effort to compensate for the lack of real productivity that is achieved through good planning and sharp focus.

This method can wear you out, so it’s important to plan ahead and stay focused so you can work more productively. This is especially true for planning ahead to take care of your body and your health.

Here are 3 ways to help you stay on top of your health:

  1. Getting Seven Hours It is not only important to get enough sleep but to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day. Take naps instead of relying on caffeine when that brain fog hits in the middle of the day

  2. Get Up and Moving Physical inactivity kills us and affects our memory and thinking. You must be regularly active throughout the day. Make sure you take a 3-5 minute break every hour to get up and walk around. A bonus is getting out into a green place to relax your mind

  3. Respect Your Gut It’s your second brain and is responsible for 50% of dopamine and 95% of serotonin. Don’t eat processed junk foods, excessive sugar or salt, and drink water and tea instead of sweetened beverages. Finally, stick to home-cooked meals and use mostly plants
