Instead of aiming for huge, drastic changes, what if you aimed to find small changes or actions you can make starting today?

Your attempt to be better usually ends in failure because your life-changing goals overwhelm you into inaction instead of inspiring you into action.

Kaizen is the Japanese philosphy of continuous improvement.

The idea is to focus on consistent improvements in your life, every day, no matter how small the step you take to be a better you than you were yesterday.

Each day, just focus on getting 1% better in whatever it is you’re trying to improve.

It might not seem like much, but those 1% improvements start compounding on each other.

If you get one percent better each day for one year, you’ll end up 37 times better by the time you’re done.

What activity can you do every day to improve 1%? ;)
