Here’s how to streamline eating and cooking:

#1 Plan Your meals out for the Week

This saves time - you get all the ingredients in one trip to the store - and money - you avoid food waste and optimize for promotions.

And you also eat healthier since you cook yourself and plan your meals instead of eating what you feel like when you are really really hungry.

Bonus: Order your groceries online to save even more time.

#2 Meal Prep on Sundays

Saves you time and takes care of the cooking and cleaning in one go.

If it’s too much at first, start by cooking twice as much dinner and having the leftovers for lunch.

#3 Have a Set of Default Recipes

Know them by heart.

This way you don’t have to waste time making decisions, shopping for ingredients, and researching new recipes.

#4 Always Have the Basics

And have a few of your favorite homemade meals in the freezer if life gets a little too hectic to cook something fresh!

Bonus: optimize your nutrition for optimal mental performance by experimenting with what works best for you in terms of eating frequency, carb/fat/protein distribution, and type of foods (watch out for sensitivities and intolerances).
