Want instant access to all productivity hacks (300+ hacks) since the start of this newsletter? Get it here.

Here are 3 simple hacks you can do right now to minimize social media’s influence:

  1. Stop Using More Than One Social Media Platform Managing accounts on multiple channels requires a greater time investment on your part, so cut down on how many platforms you have. This also limits the number of notifications you get, as well as how many accounts you have to keep track of

  2. Set a Time Limit for Your Social Media Use It’s easy to get hooked and lose how much time you spend on social media. Prevent this by setting a timer and being intentional with the time you put towards social media

  3. Turn Off Your Notifications This is a vital step, as notifications tend to lure you back into mindlessly scrolling every time you get a notification. Plus, by not receiving a notification, you already save time by not being distracted by alerts
