How to Schedule Time for Yourself
Fill your calendar with activities that matter to you, before others can fill it for you.
Schedule a solid block of time in the morning on your calendar with the words "Morning Routine - Do not schedule".
Don’t let anyone - under any circumstance - invade that period.
Personally, I do it from 7-11 AM.
“Morning Routine” is replenishment time.
If you‘re going to drive yourself through the rest of the day successfully, you need to make sure that you are on a full tank of gas, oil changed, tires rotated, etc.
