How to Save Brain Energy (Easily)
We tend to waste a lot of energy on simple decisions such as where to have lunch and what font to use.
💡 Start making quick decisions on things that don’t make a difference.
Next time someone asks you where to go to lunch say the first thing that comes to mind and roll with it.
Then start doing that with 90% of the decisions that come across your desk and save the brainpower for the decisions that actually affect the bottom line.
Once you adopt this mentality, most of the decisions will become easy and you will save your brain energy to ponder the really important questions.
It’s such a simple hack but the truth is most people don‘t use it.
P.S.
This January I’m helping 3 people get 4 hours of freedom back in their day.
This will close when 3 people are in or on Thursday - whichever comes first.
