First, we’ll prioritize what’s important.

Using my prioritization framework, you’ll prioritize what’s important (rather than urgent). This will give you clarity on what matters (and what doesn’t).

This creates the alignment we need for the next step.

Second, we’ll design a dashboard for project management.

So nothing falls through the cracks again and you always know what’s working (and what’s not).

This will allow you to stay on top of everything — the tasks, your team, the timeline.

I’ve included my own template so you can get started immediately (this template alone is worth the investment in the workshop).

Third, we’ll make time for execution.

Because all the planning in the world will amount to nothing if you don’t actually make time to execute your plan.
