Stay Persistent It might take months to see a result, so it’s key to keep going. Rely on an app or a “no zero days” method
Learn Yourself You can start learning your patterns by paying attention to yourself and your moods. Once you have learned them, you can predict, plan accordingly, and adapt your workflow to these states instead of resisting them
Focus on Your Long-Term Goals While the thirst for instant rewards is strong, make sure to focus on what matters. Your thoughts of procrastination have no power until you give it to them. Ignore them and stay focused on your goals
Meditate The goal of this is to train your concentration and become more self-aware of what’s going on. This practice offers a chance to step out of your daily routine and return with a fresh mind. It also helps you let go of daily stressors so you don’t exhaust yourself
Work on Something Worth Doing Make sure you aren’t spending your life on fruitless nonsense. It will burn you out. Find something worth doing that makes you feel satisfied
