Apply Carlson′s Law to Get More Done
Why shouldn't you multitask? There is a mental switching cost when you change tasks.
Carlson‘s law states:
One task completed in one single stretch will actually be completed much faster than doing that same task in multiple attempts or multiple goals.
Try to block long periods of time (preferably in the morning) to have uninterrupted time for your work.
