4 Tips to Develop Better Habits This Year
Humans have always had a hard time getting themselves to be the best they can be.
We all want to be better people, and the key to doing that is starting with good habits.
Here's how:
#1 Start Small
Break your big goal into a smaller habit.
Small habits that make an enormous difference in your life.
While they are small, they can add up in a big way.

Start there.
#2 Create a Physical Reminder
Get a physical totem.

When it’s something physical that you can touch, it grounds you.
Find something small and assign it value.

#3 Lay Out Your Supplies
If the habit you’re trying to build is a physical one, lay your supplies somewhere you have to confront them.
If you want to skip the habit, you have to pick them up and move them aside.
You’ll be less likely to take the easy way out if it’s embarrassingly simple to do the task you want to do.
To do this, you can lay journals on your work desk or work out clothes next to your bed.
